200hrs Yoga Teacher Training
Course in Rishikesh
In India, Yoga is considered one of the six branches
of classical philosophy and is referred to throughout the Vedas
- ancient Indian scriptures and amongst the oldest texts in existence.
The Upanishads are also broadly philosophical treatises which postdate
the Vedas and deal with the nature of the "soul" and universe.
The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word "Yuj"
meaning to yoke, join or unite. This implies joining or integrating
all aspects of the individual - body with mind and mind with soul
- to achieve a happy, balanced and useful life, and spiritually,
uniting the individual with the supreme.
The Sidharth Yoga 200 hour yoga teacher training
course (YTTC) is formulated with years of experiments and research
in yoga training. It is a four week (1 month) intensive yoga program
of study aimed to give you the best knowledge, yoga skills and personal
confidence to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa and other yoga forms. Your

as a future yoga teacher and we try to deliver the best yoga practices

What our Student's say
I'm happy to receive this 200 hrs TTC with Sidharth Yoga at Rishikesh, an amazing place, i must say. I thank him for the oppurtunity and help in learning yoga in the best way. Sobani Manu
I participated in the one-month TTC program in India from June 15th - July15th, 2010. The course was more than useful for acquiring new teacher skills and expertise. Besides the intensive practice of asanas and pranayam, I really appreciate the theoretical and philosophical understanding of the ancient yoga science that the course provides. The meditation practices were also extremely helpful in expanding and raising the consciousness. Gabriela Petrova
